Kambel Smith

Statement
I am a self-taught artist; I can instinctively see scale without measuring tools. Working with cardboard, foam core, glue, and paint, sourced from my neighborhood, I make large-scale sculptural re-creations of iconic architecture featuring detailed cartouches, flourishes on column capitals, cornices, and fenestration.
