Statement

Disability:

I have bipolar disorder, which comes up when I don't take my medication. I get delusional and get thrown into the hospital.

I am working very hard at my painting and feel it is worthwhile. I work solely from imagination and sometimes spend years on the same painting. I paint a lot of children because they are innocent and beautiful. I hope that when people buy my paintings it improves their lives, possibly making them more content.

"Nothing good comes easy." When I am behind the easle, I can feel the forms and shapes in my physical body coming out in a very concrete way. It truly is therapeutic.
